Elimination of corruption top priority of govt: Ch. Muhammad Barjees Tahir

 ISLAMABAD, Nov 13 (APP): Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan Chaudhry Muhammad Barjees Tahir on Wednesday said elimination of corruption from the country is top priority of the government. During a meeting with former Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir Raja Farooq Haider, the minister said, “We wanted to promote good governance in Azad Kashmir.” Raja Farooq Haider appreciated efforts of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for highlighting Kashmir issue at the international level.

He also thanked Advisor to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz for raising the Kashmir issue before the Indian leadership.
He appreciated Ch. Muhammad Barjees Tahir for taking interest in affairs of Kashmir.
He said Ch. Muhammad Barjees Tahir is strengthening contacts with leadership of PML(N) Azad Kashmir, which would deepen roots of the party and make it more stronger in Azad Kashmir.
