Federal and Provincial Governments are taking initiatives against corruption, unemployment, price hike and poverty

 Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Chaudhry Mohammad Barjees Tahir Saturday has said that the federal and provincial governments are taking initiatives against corruption, unemployment, price hike and poverty. During a visit to Sangla Hill Sasta Bazaar, he directed the district administration to take strict action against unauthorized profiteers and also take steps to controls prices of all other food items.     

The Federal Minister also attended a Christmas ceremony St. Anthony High School, Sangla Hill.
Talking to the students, he said youth is the main power of any nation.
He said, soon the educational budget will be increased up to four percent of Gross Domestic Production (GDP).
The incumbent government took positive steps with the cooperation of private institutions to provide free education for all, he added.
He said the Prime Minster has announced the Youth Business Loan Scheme to provide an opportunity for the young generation to change their destinies for better.
He said 50 percent quota in the scheme had been reserved for women which was a step towards their empowerment.
All possible measure would be taken to make the scheme transparent and result-oriented, he added.
