Tharcoal project to usher in era of progress: Barjees Tahir

Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Ch. Barjees Tahir on Saturday said that tharcoal project would usher in new era of progress and prosperity in the country. Addressing a ceremony of Punjab Youth Festival 2014  at Safdarabad, district Sheikhupura, he said that it was dire need that people should join hands with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to strengthen country’s economy. He said that all leadership of the country was determined to put the country on road to progress and prosperity. He said that political leadership should make all out efforts for the progress of the country by setting aside their differences.

 


 

He said that all political parties and members of civil society had appreciated the policy statement of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in the National Assembly and formation of a committee for holding dialogues with Taliban.
Barjees Tahir stressed the need for collective efforts to overcome crises facing the country and efforts for peace, economic development, progress and prosperity of the country.
