Barjees asks all parties to support National Security Policy for peace

Federal Minister for Gilgit Baltistan & Kashmir Affairs (GB&AJK), Muhammad Barjees Tahir on Thursday urged all political parties to support country’s first National Security Policy for curbing terrorism in the region. Talking to mediapersons here, he said that option of army operation was include in security policy to tackle the elements involve in sabotaging the peace talks, said a press release issued here. 
He said that government would hold talks with the those groups who accept the Constitution of Pakistan.
The minister noted that the few elements adopting extremism to sabotage the negotiation process with Taliban.
He said that government had evolve a comprehensive policy keeping in view the previous experiences of peace talks with Taliban. 
He hoped that government would be able to maintain peace across the country with the cooperation of all political stakeholders.
He said that economic revolution could not be taken place without the elimination of terrorism from the region.
