Commencing on 22 July 2025 and concluding with its 7th cohort on 6 November 2025, the program marked a major milestone in capacity building. The opening ceremony was graced by Mr. Zafar Hasan, Secretary, Ministry of KAGB & SAFRON, accompanied by Dr. Tariq Mehmood Jadoon, Provost LUMS. 

The closing session was attended by senior officials from CCAR, CAR, and the Ministries of KAGB and SAFRON.

Nearly 200 officials were trained under this capacity building training. 

Project Director SIRA, Mr. Bakht Muhammad Khan, distributed shields and certificates among participants and organizers.
